Byrne has an exemplary estimating group with the experience necessary to estimate all CSI divisions completely in-house. Seasoned professional estimators provide budget development, schematic estimates followed by continual detailed cost estimates.

We also possess the in-house capability to provide MEP estimates, systems analysis, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Value Engineering services. Experience and historical data are the most valuable and easily accessed databases for use in pricing current projects. Our estimators use their expertise and our historical database to develop preliminary budgets. The database contains extensive labor, equipment, and materials costs for hundreds of projects of various descriptions that Byrne has constructed over the past eight decades.

Our estimators adjust for inflation, size, and changes in materials to accurately establish preliminary cost parameters for a new project. We control the project budget during the design phase by preparing a series of detailed cost estimates and clearly identifying cost variances. We develop separate cost estimates of the schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Each line item is priced based on the latest documents and can be compared to the corresponding line item in the previous budget.
