Single Entity Project Solution

The Design-Build delivery method is based on a single entity being contracted to provide both the design and construction portions of the project.

The Design-Build team consists of a builder, architect and engineer who will contract directly with the subcontractors and are responsible for delivery of the project. Byrne has teamed with many of the best Architectural firms in the nation as well as in Texas as part of strategic design-build teams in the successful completion of projects throughout the state.
