Project includes the historic restoration of the existing 2,200 seat El Paso Theatre building and service areas as well as the 45,000 square foot new addition to the theatre. The new addition includes a new stage, new stage house construction, new stage rigging and a new state-of-the-art performance audio system. The annex area of the existing building will be renovated to include a children’s theatre and a Gratto Bar. The project was constructed to meet strict Federal Parks Department restoration standards.
