Grapevine Convention Center, Visitor’s Bureau Headquarters, & Museum Complex

A 40,000 sq. foot building which houses office, meeting, museum, and retail space as well as parking accommodations. The design reflects the period of architectural significance of Main Street Grapevine which is 1880 to 1920. While the CVB Headquarters and Museum Complex is a monolithic building, its southern and eastern facades create the appearance that it is several buildings constructed over a period of time. The southeast corner of the building incorporates an architecturally significant tower that extends some 60 feet above the roofline of the building.
