Ben joined Byrne in 2003 after moving back home to Texas from Washington, DC and quickly found his niche in project procurement and business development. Since that time, Ben has helped Byrne win over $4 billion in projects.
As Vice President and Director of Business Development, Ben oversees our procurement efforts in both the North and South Texas markets. These efforts include oversight of proposal submissions, client relationships, and strategic joint venture partnerships.
Ben has a passion for community empowerment and growth, and serves on multiple boards, committees, and commissions, including Trinity Metro, Leadership Fort Worth, Texas Health Community Impact Foundation, Tarrant Transit Alliance, Rising Tide Initiative, Samaritan House, Steer FW Legacy, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, Ben is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Fort Worth and a 2016 honoree of the Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 Award.
When he’s not in the office or out in the community, he’s spending time with his family including his two military sons (Cameron, Army and Jonathan, Air Force) and his daughter Kaitlyn.
