New construction of a Health Center for Women, a 45,500 square foot single-story facility that includes a drilled pier/beam foundation, structural steel framing system, brick masonry façade, built-up roof system, and a chilled water HVAC system. Interior finish out includes clinical facilities, administrative offices, an education center and a women’s health and breast center.
