The project consists of a two-story 34,000 square foot administration/classroom building. The building is the initial building of the El Centro College-West Dallas Campus located on a Greenfield site. The facility includes a drilled pier/slab-on-grade foundation, a structural steel framing system, a brick masonry/cast stone façade, an aluminum framed glazing system, a built-up roofing system with an air-cooled chiller HVAC system. The project includes the interior finish-out of the facility including classrooms, administration offices, and conference rooms. Classrooms include smart boards and complete a/v systems with full video capabilities. The project also includes landscaping and sitework parking.
