A new three-story, 172,277 sq. ft., middle school. This facility includes, steel framed and load bearing masonry construction with brick veneer, low slope steel deck roofs, CMU and gypsum board interior partitions, aluminum glazing systems, Geothermal based design heating and cooling system, and a complete new data infrastructure system for the building. Work also includes the installation and fabrication of kitchen equipment, playfield surfaces, athletic equipment, lab casework, and custom millwork.
