Utility Zone & Tank Farms: Construction of a 22,500-square-foot utility building and tank farm area. Work to be performed includes caissons, concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, masonry, structural steel, and miscellaneous steel, roofing, siding, doors, painting, drywall, fire protection, mechanical and electrical. Additional work includes field-erected tanks.

Paint & General Stores: Construction of a 400,000-square-foot paint shop and general stores area. Graycor/Byrne is responsible for structural steel fabrication and installation. Work to be performed includes slab-on-grade, concrete pits, masonry, miscellaneous steel, roofing, siding, doors, painting, drywall, fire protection, mechanical and electrical.
